43 Push-ups a day

Monday:
13 push ups
Sprint 100ft walk to start point

10 push ups
Sprint 100ft walk to start point

10 push ups
Sprint 100ft walk to start point

10 push ups
Sprint 100ft walk to start point

Tuesday:
23 push ups (as little of sets as possible
400 meter run (fast as possible)
rest 2 minutes

20 push ups
400 meter run (FAP)
rest 2 minutes

400 meter run (FAP)

Wednesday:
15 Push-ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges

15 push-ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges

13 push ups
5 broad jumps
20 lunges

Thursday:
8 rounds

6 push ups
6 reverse pull ups / or pull ups
6 squats jumps

3….2….1 GO!

Friday:
Typically Thursday is our day off I guess I was so motivated I posted a WOD!

Rest or do yesterday’s WOD or

43 push ups broken up through out your day.

Saturday:
4 rounds
400 meter run
20 sit ups
20 walking lunges
11 push ups
