22 sit ups
22 glute bridge
200 meter run

Thursday:
Rest

Friday:
86 sit ups
86 push ups
86 sprawls

*Break into any order you like

Saturday:
86 push ups today in small sets of 10 or 5 evenly throughout the day.

Schedule them into your phone every hour for 8 hours.
