Tuesday:
Run 1 mile

1mile run
53 push ups

Walk
Half a mile

Wednesday:
5 sit ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Max rounds in 12 min

Thursday:
Rest

Friday:
14 rounds with a smile
7 push ups
7 burpees
7 squats
